I have been a longtime fan of Palahniuk, and I intend on continuing to be so for the rest of my life. The man is a lunatic. The cover of this book features the protagonist, a 13-year-old dead girl, covered in semen. I don’t mean a few squirts, I mean, it looks like a vat of cum spilled all over her.
